General Welcome and Agreement

By accessing the mdy97 platform, registering an account, or playing any games, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not continue using the platform.

This document is a legally binding agreement between mdy97 and the player. The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice, and players are responsible for checking this page regularly for changes. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Service Availability

mdy97's services are designed for players in Myanmar. Players are responsible for determining and ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

Account Registration and Personal Information

To use mdy97's services in full, each player may register only one personal account. If multiple accounts are found, they may be closed and any remaining funds may be forfeited.

Registration Requirements

• The player must be 21+ years of age.
• Personal information must be filled in accurately and completely.
• Each person may open only one personal account.
• Family members may each open their own account, but when depositing or withdrawing, they must show proof that they are the holder of the bank account or phone number used.
• An account opened with false information may be closed without prior notice.

Account Security

Players must keep their account login details confidential. mdy97 is not responsible for any losses resulting from a third party accessing your account. Any suspicious activity related to account access must be reported to the platform support team immediately.

Deposit / Withdrawal Rules

mdy97 supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay for deposits and withdrawals. All payments must be made from the player's own account. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Deposit

• Minimum deposit amount — 10,000 Ks (for all methods)
• Once a deposit is verified, it will be credited to your account.
• Any transaction fees for deposits are the player's own responsibility.

Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount — 20,000 Ks
• Withdrawal processing time — 5–30 minutes (standard)
• Withdrawals are normally required to be made using the same method as the deposit.
• To withdraw bonus winnings, the stated wagering requirement must be met.
• mdy97 cannot be held responsible for delays caused by banking network or payment service disruptions during a transaction.

Financial Verification

In line with our Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policy, players may be asked to provide appropriate documentation to verify deposits and withdrawals. Players must cooperate with this process; failure to do so may result in the withdrawal being temporarily suspended.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Each bonus and promotion offered at mdy97 comes with its own specific terms and conditions. Players are advised to read and understand those terms before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus

• 120% bonus on the first deposit — up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks
• Wagering requirement — bonus amount × 25 times must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn
• Example 1 — Deposit 20,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving a balance of 44,000 Ks. Wagering: 24,000 × 25 = 600,000 Ks
• Example 2 — Deposit 520,000 Ks, receive a bonus of 300,000 Ks, giving a balance of 820,000 Ks. Wagering: 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks
• If mdy97 suspects a bonus is being used in an unintended or improper way, mdy97 reserves the right to void that bonus.

General Bonus Rules

• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
• Each bonus is available once per account, IP address, phone number and household member
• Any playing pattern suspected of exploiting bonuses for monetary gain (e.g. placing opposing bets simultaneously) will be voided
• If the wagering requirement is not completed within the allotted time, any remaining bonus funds may expire

Player Responsibilities

By using the platform, players are considered to have acknowledged and accepted the following responsibilities.

• You will play using your own account with accurate personal information, not impersonating anyone else
• You will not use fraudulent tools, exploit software vulnerabilities or employ bot-based playing systems
• If any tax obligations arise from winnings, the player is solely responsible for fulfilling them
• You will not transfer, lend or sell your account to any third party
• You will not exploit the platform's bonus and promotion system for financial gain

Prohibited Conduct

If any of the following behaviours are detected, mdy97 may suspend the account and forfeit remaining balances without prior notice:

• Attempting to interfere with the platform through hacking, viruses or malware
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Playing solely to claim unrelated bonuses rather than for genuine gameplay
• Copying or distributing the platform's game software or data without authorisation

Intellectual Property and Legal Protection

All designs, code, graphics, trademarks and content on the mdy97 platform are legally protected property of mdy97.

• Players may use the platform for personal gameplay only
• Reproduction, distribution or any attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform is prohibited
• Any confirmed infringement of design copyright will be pursued through legal action

Limitation of Liability and Exceptions

mdy97 provides the platform on an "as-is" basis and is not responsible for any losses, damages, or financial losses suffered by the player, except for losses that are unavoidable.

• Network outages, server failures, or delays caused by third parties
• Cases arising from incorrect information submitted by the player themselves
• External issues related to banking networks or payment services
• Game results lost on the player's side due to internet connection disruptions

The player acknowledges and accepts that real losses can occur in games and that they are entering the platform of their own free will.

Personal Data and Security

A player's personal data will not be sold to third parties, but may be required to be disclosed to relevant authorities when requested under legal provisions.

Service Suspension and Account Closure

If mdy97 finds through step-by-step verification that these terms have been violated or that false personal information has been used, without prior notice —

• The player's account may be temporarily suspended or permanently closed
• Any funds obtained through bonuses may be forfeited
• Funds related to the violation may be held for investigation
