mdy97 Frequently Asked Questions

The mdy97 welcome bonus is available once per account only. The 120% bonus is added on your first deposit only and cannot be claimed again on subsequent deposits. From your second deposit onwards, you will have access to the VIP program and other regular offers.

A wagering requirement is the amount you need to wager before you can withdraw your bonus funds. At mdy97, you must wager the bonus amount × 25. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 24,000 Ks bonus, so you must wager 24,000 × 25 = 600,000 Ks before withdrawing the bonus. If you deposit 520,000 Ks, you receive a 300,000 Ks bonus, so you must wager 300,000 × 25 = 7,500,000 Ks.

The welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit amount, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks. Even if you deposit more than 250,000 Ks, the bonus is capped at 300,000 Ks. Add the bonus and deposit together to see your balance — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, your balance will be 44,000 Ks.

In the mdy97 referral program, when a friend you refer joins and makes their first deposit, you receive 5% of that deposit amount as a bonus (up to 20,000 Ks per person). On top of that, you also earn 0.1% of your referred friends' total valid wagers as a weekly commission.

Slots games generally count towards the wagering requirement and are usually tracked at 100%. Live casino games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger also count, though their contribution rate may vary. Contact us via Live Chat to confirm.

mdy97 does not charge any extra fees on deposits. However, payment services such as KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay may apply their own fees directly through their apps, so you should check each service's own policy.

mdy97 currently supports four payment methods: KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay. Regardless of which method you use, you can start from a minimum of 10,000 Ks, and your deposit method does not need to match your withdrawal method.

If your deposit has not arrived a few minutes after the transfer, take a screenshot of your transfer receipt and send it to mdy97 Live Chat. The support team is available 24/7 and will check the transaction quickly. Having your Transaction ID ready will speed up the process.

To deposit with KBZPay — open your KBZPay app, select "Send Money" and enter the phone number provided by mdy97, enter the amount, and write your account name in the note field. Once the transfer is confirmed in the app, your balance will be credited within a few minutes. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks.

Yes, but you must first complete the wagering requirement on the bonus. Only after wagering the bonus amount × 25 will you be able to withdraw winnings from the bonus. Please note that if you withdraw before completing the wagering requirement, the bonus funds may be forfeited.

For security and financial policy reasons, mdy97 can only send withdrawals to a wallet registered in your own name. Transfers to a third party's wallet — including family members — are not permitted. This requirement is in place to protect the funds of all players.

mdy97's standard withdrawal processing time is only 5–30 minutes. If your withdrawal has not arrived after that time, it may be due to incomplete KYC verification, an unmet wagering requirement, or incorrect wallet details. Contact Live Chat — support is available 24/7.

To withdraw at mdy97, your balance must be at least 20,000 Ks. If your balance is lower than that, you cannot submit a withdrawal request. The minimum deposit is 10,000 Ks — note that this is separate from the withdrawal minimum.

Yes. mdy97's withdrawal service is available 24/7, with no restrictions for night-time or public holidays. Withdrawals may take 5–30 minutes to process. If there is a delay on our end, you can contact us immediately via Live Chat.

Baccarat is a points competition between two sides — Player and Banker — and you bet on which side will win. The side closest to 9 wins. Because you only look at a single digit, there is no complexity involved — it is easy for beginners to understand, which is why it is one of the most played games at mdy97.

mdy97's Live Baccarat tables come in different levels, so the minimum and maximum bet amounts vary. There are "Standard" tables with lower limits for those starting small, and VIP tables for those who want to bet larger amounts. Enter the Live Lobby, choose a table, and the limits are displayed clearly.

Live Dealer games are played with a real human dealer who sits in a studio, spinning the wheel or dealing cards, and you connect with them in real time via video streaming. mdy97 includes these Live Studio games, so you can watch the dealer's every move on screen and experience it just like playing face to face.

Yes. You can play mdy97's Live Casino fully through your smartphone browser. No app download needed — just open your browser, go to mdy97, select the Live Lobby, and you can play Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and more. With a good Wi-Fi or 4G connection, streaming will run smoothly.

In Roulette, the dealer spins a wheel and a small ball lands on a numbered slot. Players can bet on that number, a colour (red/black), or a range of numbers. If your bet matches the result, you win a multiple of your original bet. There are different betting options, each with its own risk level and payout.
